Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Volitprecr ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of our website volitprecr.center and participants in our outdoor adventure activities.

Description of Services

Volitprecr provides outdoor adventure services including but not limited to:

• Guided hiking and trekking expeditions
• Winter sports activities (skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing)
• Water-based adventures (canoeing, kayaking, rafting)
• Wilderness camping experiences
• Custom adventure packages
• Skills training and certification courses

Booking and Reservations

Booking Process

• All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment
• Reservations are subject to availability and weather conditions
• We reserve the right to confirm participant suitability for activities
• Minimum group sizes may apply for certain activities

Payment Terms

• Deposit: 50% deposit required to secure booking
• Final Payment: Due 30 days prior to activity date
• Payment Methods: Credit cards, bank transfers, and cash accepted
• Currency: All prices quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD)

Pricing

• Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
• Additional fees may apply for custom requests or special equipment
• Group discounts available for 8 or more participants
• All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customer Cancellations

• More than 30 days: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 15-30 days: 50% refund of total amount paid
• 7-14 days: 25% refund of total amount paid
• Less than 7 days: No refund (credit may be issued for future use)

Company Cancellations

We may cancel activities due to:

• Severe weather conditions or safety concerns
• Insufficient participant numbers
• Equipment failure or guide unavailability
• Government restrictions or emergency situations

In case of company cancellation, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

Participant Requirements and Responsibilities

Age and Fitness Requirements

• Minimum age restrictions apply to certain activities
• Participants under 18 must have parental consent and supervision
• Reasonable fitness level required for all activities
• Medical clearance may be required for certain conditions

Health and Safety Disclosure

Participants must:

• Disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, and medications
• Inform guides of any physical limitations or concerns
• Follow all safety instructions and guidelines
• Use provided safety equipment as directed
• Abstain from alcohol and illegal substances during activities

Equipment and Personal Items

• Professional equipment provided for all activities
• Participants responsible for personal items and clothing
• Equipment damage due to misuse will incur additional charges
• We recommend comprehensive travel insurance

Assumption of Risk and Liability

Inherent Risks

Outdoor adventure activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to:

• Injury from falls, collisions, or equipment failure
• Exposure to weather conditions and natural hazards
• Wildlife encounters and environmental dangers
• Remote location access challenges
• Changes in weather or trail conditions

Participant Acknowledgment

By participating in our activities, you acknowledge that:

• You understand and accept the inherent risks involved
• You participate voluntarily and at your own risk
• You have the necessary skills and fitness for the activity
• You will follow all safety instructions and guidelines

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Volitprecr' liability is limited to the amount paid for services
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Participants assume responsibility for their actions and decisions
• Our guides' decisions regarding safety are final and binding

Insurance and Medical Coverage

• Volitprecr maintains comprehensive liability insurance
• Participants are responsible for their own medical and travel insurance
• We strongly recommend comprehensive coverage including adventure sports
• Emergency medical evacuation costs are the participant's responsibility

Code of Conduct

Expected Behavior

All participants must:

• Treat guides, staff, and other participants with respect
• Follow Leave No Trace principles
• Respect wildlife and natural environments
• Comply with local laws and regulations
• Maintain appropriate language and behavior

Prohibited Activities

• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
• Dangerous or reckless actions that endanger others
• Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances
• Damage to equipment or natural environments
• Photography or recording without consent

Removal from Activities

We reserve the right to remove participants who:

• Violate safety rules or endanger others
• Engage in inappropriate or disruptive behavior
• Are under the influence of substances
• Refuse to follow guide instructions

No refund will be provided for removal due to misconduct.

Intellectual Property

• All website content, logos, and materials are our property
• Photography and video may be taken during activities
• We may use participant images for marketing purposes unless objected to in writing
• Participants retain rights to their personal content and images
